Equipment List

Summit Laboratories can supply the following equipment to your facility.  Please call for specifications on this equipment.  Custom feed systems are available, please call with your specific application.

	Chemical pumps	Provide hands-free addition of chemical.  Output pressures from 50 psi to 1000 psi.  Feedrates range from 14.4 gal/day to 600+ gal/day.  Speed and stroke control.  Compatible with water meters for proportionate control.  May accept 4-20 mA signal for control.
	Conductivity controller	Continuously monitors and controls cooling tower and boiler water chemistry.  Monitors water meter readings and feeds chemical proportionate to make up or blowdown rates.  Digital readout, simple calibration, multiple feed methods.  Available with dual biocide timers.
	Water meters	Monitor your water use and feed chemical proportionately.  Pipe sizes range from 1/2" to 2"+.  Communicate with many cooling tower and boiler conductivity controllers.
	Peristaltic pump	Self-priming pump used to feed sodium hypochlorite (bleach), peroxide, and other off-gassing chemicals.  Pressures up to 100 psi, flowrates up to 34 gal/day.  Dual-head option allows for proportionate feeding of two chemicals.
	By-pass feeder	Add chemical to your closed chiller, hot, or heat pump loops.  Available for high pressure applications and with filtering capabilities.  Quick opening cap allows for easy addition of liquid products.
	Glycol feeder	Automate your closed loop glycol addition.  Includes a pressure switch, level cutoff, 55 gallon tank, and glycol pump.  Available with low level alarm.  Pressure switch allows for addition of glycol mixture when loop pressures drop due to water loss.  Other models and configurations are available.  Call for custom systems.
	Injection quill	A necessity for feeding chemical directly to deaerators, feedwater tanks, and carbon steel piping.  Injects chemical into the flowing stream of water and away from pipe surfaces, thus preventing corrosion at the point of addition.  Stainless steel or PVC construction.
	Containment tanks	Dual-walled containment tanks provide spill protection for your facilty.  Heavy-wall construction, external sight gauge, fill fittings, and large-opening top.  Sizes available include 15 gal, 35 gal, 60 gal, 110 gal, and 165 gal.  Please call for custom sizes or application information.
	Test kits	Titration and drop test kits available for hardness, alkalinity, nitrite, sulfite, chlorine, pH, iron, and many other parameters.  Call for specific pricing and available testing ranges.
	Colorimeter test kit	Many options available for monitoring water quality parameters.  Prices range from $350 to $2000.  Test kits available for molybdate, chlorine, iron, copper, silica, low-range hardness, phosphate, phosphonate and many other tests.  Please call Summit Labs for specific recommendations.
	Conductivity tester	A must for your lab.  Quick, accurate conductivity testing.  Calibration solutions are available in various ranges.  Digital readout available.
